Five healthy tips on curing Bad Breath
Bad breath can be a turn off. It can make you shy of meeting people in social or professional situations and reduce your self-confidence. In case you have bad breath, you need not worry. There can be a number of reasons that cause to bad breath. One of the reasons is poor dental hygiene. Let us take a look at how to get rid of bad breath by improving dental hygiene.

1. Brush those teeth regularly
     Regular brushing of your teeth in the manner prescribed by your dentist with an appropriate toothbrush and toothpaste is the first step you need to take to eliminate bad breath. The prescribed method of brushing teeth requires at least 2 to 3 minutes.

2. Use dental floss
    Flossing your teeth is as important if not more than brushing your teeth. Many people are unaware of the advantages of flossing. Flossing gets rid of hidden plaque and tartar that a toothbrush simple cannot reach.

3. Clean your tongue.
   You should clean your tongue either with your toothbrush or with a tongue cleaner. Your tongue is a storehouse of germs that you tend to ignore, even while brushing and flossing your teeth.

4. Drink loads of water.
   Water is essential for a healthy body that is able to flush out toxins. Drink at least eight glasses of water in a day.

5. Visit your dentist.
   If you still have bad breath in spite of following the above tips, then visit your dentist. Your dentist will examine your gums, teeth and your overall oral health and then give you recommendations on how to improve oral health and get rid of bad breath.

Remember that bad breath is a curable problem. All you need to do is to take steps to improve your dental hygiene and health.
