These methods or any other methods are undoubtedly effective. There are a number of advantages of teeth bleaching. The results are very effective and long lasting. There is one thing about which you should be careful.
The only problem or possible side effect is that since these methods are based on generation of or application of heat, they might be harmful to sensitive teeth enamel and gums. The chemical used in the bleaching agents are quite strong and they might burn sensitive areas such as the lips or the gums.
