On brushing: Your toothbrush should have soft and rounded bristles for better and proper brushing. You should not a brush with medium, hard or firm bristles. The tooth brush should have a proper grip and its head should match your jaw. A battery operated power toothbrush is not very useful as it can be least help to you.
Always remember to replace your toothbrush after every three months. An over-used toothbrush will spoil your teeth. |
