For example, if you have yellow or brown teeth, you can clear their discoloration using a mixture that prepare with the help of charcoal of babul wood, some rock salt and roasted alum. By rubbing this mixture on your teeth with a soft hand, you can get clean and healthy teeth. Sodium bicarbonate can also be used as a toothpowder to make your teeth whiter. You can also consume vitamin C in the form of tomatoes, strawberries, and amla  to reduce the plaque on your teeth.
