Everything You Wanted To Know About Teeth Loss
Teeth loss is an inevitable part of human life. There is no need to worry if your child is six years old and has not yet lost any of his or her baby teeth. It just seems like the tooth fairy has not paid a visit yet!  No need to worry. This is pretty natural. Loss of baby teeth differs from one child to another.

This is similar to the fact that the time that the first baby tooth appears is different from one child to another. Children normally get their first baby tooth when they are six months of age. This continues till about the age of two to two and half years. The lat teeth to appear are the second molars. They have twenty teeth in their oral cavity by then.

If your child has his or her first tooth appear before time then it is natural for him or her to lose teeth early. The first teeth that a child loses is the two middle teeth in the lower jaw called the mandible central incisors. This is , closely followed by the top two middle teeth or the canines. Finally the second molars fall off.

When the child is of the age of eleven to thirteen, he or she will have a spanking a new set of teeth. The fall of baby teeth and emergence of secondary teeth occur side by side. The process of growth of new teeth continues till the age of seventeen to twenty two years. In this age the adult will finally acquire wisdom teeth, better known in dental terms as the third molars.

Almost all of us are familiar with the importance of teeth. They need to be properly cared for. Regular brushing and mouthwash is necessary for the health and care of baby teeth.
